These Terms and Conditions govern the contractual relationship between Sri Siam Holidays Co., Ltd. and the customer booking travel services through our website, by email or by any other communication channel.
1. Company Information
Sri Siam Holidays Co., Ltd. is a licensed tour operator based in Bangkok, Thailand, specializing in private and small-group travel throughout Thailand.
All contracts are concluded under the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand unless mandatory consumer protection laws applicable to the Customer's country of residence provide otherwise.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Bangkok, Thailand.
2. Booking
A booking becomes binding once it has been confirmed in writing by Sri Siam Holidays.
The Customer is responsible for ensuring that all information provided during the booking process is complete and accurate, including the details of all travelling passengers.
3. Prices
Unless otherwise stated, all prices are quoted per person.
Prices are generally shown in Thai Baht (THB), Euro (€ ) or United States Dollars (USD).
4. Payment
Unless otherwise agreed, full payment must be received no later than 28 days before the start of the tour.
Failure to make payment by the due date may result in cancellation of the booking. Any costs already incurred will be charged accordingly.
5. Travel Services
The services provided are those confirmed in the booking confirmation.
Should changes become necessary due to operational reasons, force majeure or circumstances beyond our control, Sri Siam Holidays will make every reasonable effort to provide services of equivalent quality.
6. Price Adjustments
In exceptional circumstances, prices may change due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to:
Customers will be informed as soon as reasonably possible.
7. Cancellations
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Cancellation charges apply according to the date on which the written cancellation is received:

Non-refundable services such as certain domestic airline tickets, train tickets or special event tickets are charged at 100%. Travel cancellation insurance is strongly recommended.

Flight schedules, ferry schedules, train schedules and other transport services are subject to change without prior notice.
Sri Siam Holidays acts as an organiser and coordinator of travel services but cannot be held responsible for delays or cancellations caused by third-party transport providers.
10. Hotels
Official hotel check-in and check-out times are determined by the respective accommodation providers.
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
11. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable:
Sri Siam Holidays will gladly provide assistance where possible but cannot guarantee visa approval or entry into any country.
12. Liability
Sri Siam Holidays shall not be liable for delays, cancellations, injuries, losses or damages resulting from:
- Force majeure or natural disasters
- Government actions, strikes or civil unrest
- Actions of third-party suppliers
- Circumstances beyond our reasonable control
Our liability is limited to the travel services booked directly with Sri Siam Holidays and is subject to applicable Thai law.
13. Privacy
Personal information is processed solely for the purpose of arranging and providing travel services and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

While every effort is made to ensure that the information published on our website is accurate and up to date, all itineraries, prices, schedules and descriptions are subject to change without prior notice.
15. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
