How make reservations
All services should be booked through our office in Bangkok, unless prior arrangements have been made with one of our International booking offices.

Deposits
In the event that ‘Sri Siam Holidays is required to make a deposit in order to secure reservations, a relevant charge will be immediately invoiced to you.
Payments
• Payment must be settled in full, through our Bangkok bank account, prior to client’s arrival.
• Telegraphic transfer can be used for payments, payable to our bank account.
(note - all Bank services charge will by borne by the payer)
• Bank draft / Cashier’s cheque can be mailed to our Bangkok head office address.
• Company cheque / Personal cheques are NOT accepted by our company.
• Credit card payments will incur an additional 5% will be added on to our tariff rates. Visa and Mastercard are accepted.
• Payment by paypal will be accepted. In case of any cancwellation after making the payment, we will refund the debit through paypal.

Refunds and cancellations
• If cancellation is done within more than 30 days, the client will not be charged with any cancellation fee, if there are no flighttickets issued before. If Sri Siam Holidays issued any tickets or made any prepayment to Hotels, the cancellation-fees for these special cases will be shown in the confirmation to the client.
• If cancellation is done within 30 – 15 days prior to arrival, 10 % of the total deposit will be charged as cancellation fee
• If cancellation is done within 14 to 7 days prior to arrival, 30 % of the total deposit will be charged as a cancellation fee.
• If cancellation is done within less than 7 days before arrival, 100 % of the total deposit will be charged for the cancellation fee.
• Hotel deposits will be refunded according to individual hotel cancellation policy
• Cancellation fees will be levied according to the time cancellation is made.
• No refund or reduction will be made to any member of GROUP/F.I.T. who breaks the journey from the scheduled itinerary in Thailand or it`s neighbour countries.
Taxes
All rates quoted are inclusive of service charge and 7% VAT tax. Rates can be adjusted due to increases in local taxation, when necessary. Airport tax is not included unless specified.
Baggage Insurance
Sri Siam Holidays shall not be held responsible for lost or damaged baggage.
For this reason, a baggage insurance is strongly recommended.
Liability
Sri Siam Holidays Ltd. Part.. acts as an intermediary between transportation and airline companies, hotels, tourist offices and all other contractors providing services for tourists.
As such Sri Siam Holidays Ltd. Part. are not liable for any loss, injury or damage sustained.
Additional expenses incurred due to delays, accidents, natural disaster, political action and unrest must be borne by the clients.
Programs and tours prices are based on the situation at the time of printing this proposal (January 2012) and could be subject to change due to local conditions.
Participation in our tour programs implies the clients agreement to the above.
