1. book the vehicle in advance, get the vehicle with english speaking driver and tell the driver every day where you want to go to. Where ever you want to stay overnight, you do so, if you get the accomodation.
2. book the vehicle with english speaking driver in advance, after arriving to Bangkok, we will talk about the route, so we can give you some advises, where to go and where not. You also might book some hotels or guesthouses in advance, if there might be a problem to get the room on the date of arriving.
3. book the car with english speaking driver in advance and fix the route, book the accomodation in advance (either you book the hotels direct, or we book them for you)
